What is the turnaround time for review?
Within four days from the date we receive your contract you will receive a draft from your attorney which includes proposed revisions.
Why go through your company?
We have already pre-screened attorneys whom claim to be proficient at reviewing physician employment contracts, and selected only the best to work with.
Do you perform reviews for physicians in all States?
Yes we do! We will assign you to an attorney whom is familiar with the laws of the State governing your contract.
Do I have the option of changing the level of review as I need to?
Yes, you can simply pay the difference or if you decide you need a lesser level of review we will promptly issue a refund.
Are your attorneys familiar with the contract requirements for international medical graduates (H1-B/J-1)?
Absolutely! Whether it be Conrad 30, Delta Regional Authority, or the Appalachian Regional Commission your attorney will have the experience and expertise to guide you. We have prescreened attorneys so you do not have to!
Do you have the most recently published physician compensation data?
Yes, we subscribe to the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), American Medical Group Association (AGMA), and Sullivan, Cotter and Associates (SCA) annual physician compensation surveys, PLUS we maintain our own proprietary metrics on physician compensation trends.
